District 02 in Chattanooga, TN is hiring an energetic Sales Producer to build a long-term career with Farmers Insurance. We sponsor and guide you through Tennessee licensing, provide hands-on training, and supply agency-provided leads to focus on relationships and closing sales.

You will drive new business with outbound calls, cross-sell auto, home, life, health, and commercial coverage, and deliver excellent service to establish trust and earn referrals. Entry-level candidates welcome.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing: Willingness to obtain Tennessee Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses prior to start or within onboarding (reimbursed).
• Core competencies: Strong communication, self-motivation, ability to build rapport over phone and in person.
• Tech: Proficiency with basic computer software, web navigation, and CRM platforms.
• Background check: Ability to pass state insurance background check.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: utilize agency-provided leads and outbound calls to connect with individuals, families, and businesses in Chattanooga.
• Cross-Sell Product Lines: advise clients on Auto, Home, Life, Health, and Commercial options.
• Provide Expert Consultations: assess needs, explain coverage, present quotes, secure enrollments.
• Build Client Loyalty: deliver top-tier service to earn referrals.
• Maintain Activity Levels: meet daily call, quote, and application targets; record activities in CRM.
