Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound & outbound leads using agency-provided scripts and CRM to quote and close new business.
• Conduct client reviews to identify coverage gaps across Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and Commercial lines.
• Deliver sales presentations educating clients on Farmers’ product offerings and discounts.
• Generate referrals by building long-term client relationships from positive experiences.
• Manage daily call activity, follow-ups, and sales progress in the CRM.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Licensing: Ability to obtain Tennessee Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses within 30 days of hire (All study materials and exam fees provided at 100% NO COST to you, with NO contract required).
