Formación

• Active state Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Active state Life and Health Insurance license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment; insurance experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products; meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients; respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency to support high customer satisfaction.
• Prospect locally, engage with the community, develop new business opportunities, and identify cross-sell opportunities into Travel and Financial Services.
