Job summary

AAA-The Auto Club Group in Charlotte, NC is hiring for a full-time sales role in our on-site branch. You will own the sale and ongoing service of AAA-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products, while building a pipeline through community engagement and referrals.

This position offers base pay plus incentives and comprehensive benefits, with ramp-up support of $5,000 and an elevated commission structure during the first 15 months.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of AAA-branded and brokered products
• Conduct insurance reviews to assess risk and identify coverage gaps
• Build rapport with members/clients and respond to inquiries promptly
• Prospect and engage in local events to expand referral networks and cross-sell
