Job summary

The Auto Club Group in Raleigh, NC, seeks a motivated sales professional to sell insurance products, memberships, and financial products in a fast-paced branch. You will build relationships, drive referrals, and support customers through the sales cycle.

This full-time role offers base pay plus incentives and comprehensive benefits. Training, licensing support, and opportunities for growth are provided as you develop your pipeline and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Active state Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active state Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days.
• Must qualify and maintain applicable state licenses/appointments.
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses where applicable.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products and memberships.
• Conduct insurance reviews, quote, bind, and issue policies per guidelines.
• Build rapport, respond to inquiries, support satisfaction and trust.
• Prospect and engage in local community events to develop referrals.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations.
