Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group in Durham, NC is seeking a results-driven insurance sales professional for a full-time role in a fast-paced branch. You will own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered products, build relationships, and drive revenue through referrals and community engagement.

The position offers base pay plus incentives, comprehensive benefits, and ramp-up support as you develop your pipeline and book of business.

Qualifications

Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary and within a time frame established by the Business Unit.
High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Sales, Retention & Revenue Growth: Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic ACG branch; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, grow ACG’s insurance portfolio, overcome objections, negotiate effectively, close sales, and meet or exceed individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations.
