Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring for a full-time sales role in a fast-paced branch environment in Wilmington, NC. You will sell AAA-branded insurance, memberships, and financial products, building client relationships through community outreach and referrals.

Base pay plus incentives, full benefits, and ramp-up support are provided to help you establish a strong pipeline and achieve earnings potential. Training and tools are offered to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Active state Property & Casualty license required.
• Active Life and Health license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Must maintain all applicable licenses and appointments for Auto Club Group products.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Own sales and ongoing service of insurance products and memberships.
• Conduct reviews, identify coverage gaps, quote, bind and issue policies.
• Build rapport with members and referrals, support satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prospect locally, engage community, and leverage referrals to grow business.
