Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Flemington, NJ is seeking an in-office Sales Representative to identify customer needs and recommend insurance products across personal lines, small commercial and life. You will build your book through referrals and maintain carrier relationships.

You will leverage Salesforce and Applied EPIC, develop your own leads, and earn uncapped commissions with a first-year forecast of $60k–$100k, depending on performance and location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with set metrics.
• Experience networking and generating own leads.
• Active Property & Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC and multiple carriers.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer a range of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance.
• Maintain partnerships with insurers and act as client liaison.
• Develop leads through referrals from realtors, lenders, dealers and AAA members.
