Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Lawrenceville, NJ is hiring Insurance Sales Agents to identify customer needs and tailor insurance solutions from personal, commercial, and life product lines. You’ll develop leads and collaborate with insurers while building a client book.

The role offers a base of $45,000–$52,000 with uncapped commission and forecasted $60,000–$100,000 in the first year, plus strong benefits and growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, acting as liaison between client and insurer.
• Develop own leads through referrals from realtors/brokers, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, and AAA member referrals.
