AAA Club Alliance in Dover, DE is hiring Insurance Sales Agents for an in-office role. You will identify customer needs, recommend personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products, and develop leads through referrals.

The base salary ranges from $45,000 to $47,000 per year, with uncapped commission forecast between $60,000 and $85,000 in the first year. Qualified candidates with 2+ years sales experience and a Property & Casualty license are preferred.

Qualifications

• In-office role located near Dover, DE; commutable distance required.
• 2+ years of sales experience with hitting metrics.
• Ability to develop leads through referrals from realtors, lenders, and AAA members.
• Active Property & Casualty License and Life License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with carriers and underwriters; liaison between client and insurer.
