Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer to combine sales with mentorship. You will present insurance solutions to business owners, managers, and employees, guiding clients to clear decisions while training and supporting your team.

You will build and manage your own book of business, conduct consultations and group presentations, and collaborate with management to set goals and uphold best practices. Strong ethics and service-minded focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance with both professionalism and support.
• Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure a positive experience for every client.
