The role emphasizes integrity, service-minded care, and a proactive approach to building a solid book of business while supporting business growth and client satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement provided).
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to train and mentor colleagues and manage client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to present insurance solutions clearly and thoughtfully.
• Conduct individual consultations and group presentations.
• Build and manage your own book of business with client-focused care.
• Train and mentor new team members to uphold high standards.
