Job summary

Cleft of the Rock is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer for in-person, B2B and individual sales. You will guide clients through solutions with clarity, grow your own book of business, and mentor teammates while upholding high standards of service and integrity.

The role emphasizes comprehensive training, weekly pay with commissions and bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment. Licensing in Health & Life is required or reimbursed if pursued.

Qualifications

Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement provided).
Demonstrated ability to train and mentor others while delivering exceptional service.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
