Job summary

State Farm Agent TJ Larson in Farmington, MN is seeking an Account Representative to turn leads into new State Farm households. Qualifications

• Must have Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License and Life & Health Insurance License when applicable.
• Successful sales experience in any industry is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new Auto/Home/Life/Health insurance opportunities from leads and referrals.
• Make outbound calls and consistently follow up with prospects.
• Understand customer needs and present appropriate insurance options.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and follow-up schedule.
• Develop referrals from new and existing customers.
