Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with State Farm and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through agency marketing efforts, networking, referrals and walk ins.
• Conduct in person consultations with customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain long term relationships.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email and text.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding State Farm products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on State Farm policies, procedures, and product offerings.
