Job summary

Miranda Scurlock State Farm is seeking a full-time Insurance Account Representative to engage with active insurance shoppers through inbound/outbound calls, SMS, and more. You will assess client needs and recommend tailored State Farm coverage options for home, auto, business, and life.

Base pay is part of a target total compensation of $45,000 - $74,100 per year, with uncapped performance-based incentives. Training is provided from day one and licensing support is available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with a sales focus.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license in your state of residence (preferred).
• If unlicensed, willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and handle multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with active insurance shoppers via inbound/outbound calls, SMS, and more.
• Use insurance expertise to identify coverage gaps and tailor State Farm solutions.
• Convert warm leads into customers using a consultative sales approach.
