UnitedHealth Group in Denver, CO is seeking an Early Careers Sales Agent for their Sales Development Program. This inbound role offers a competitive base salary plus sales incentives and training to help you obtain the required state insurance licenses.

No license is required to start, with training conducted onsite. The program runs 6–10 weeks onsite, at site 169 Inverness Dr W, Englewood, CO, with an anticipated start date of Monday, June 7th, 2027.

Competenze

• Final year or recent graduate eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree completed before start date.
• Experience in sales/customer service is a plus.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound calls to identify customer needs and qualify leads.
• Explain product differences and assist enrollment selections.
• May perform outbound follow-ups and guide enrollment on the phone.
• Maintain licensure requirements and complete product certifications.
• Meet performance, attendance, and customer-experience goals.
• Support licensure and appointments as required.
