Qualifications

• Must be in final year of Bachelor’s degree or have recently graduated.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective members to identify needs and qualify leads.
• Explain differences between products and assist enrollment.
• Meet performance, attendance and consumer experience goals.
