Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree required completed prior to start of employment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective members.
• Identify and address customer needs to convert to qualified leads and sales.
• Ask questions, document information, and explain product differences to customers.
• Assist enrollment over the phone with accurate information per guidelines.
• Meet performance, attendance, and certification requirements.
