Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or health insurance is preferred.
• Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) are needed.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship in the future will be required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective members to identify needs and convert to qualified leads and sales.
• Ask questions, listen actively, and document information accurately in systems.
• Explain differences between products and assist enrollment over the phone.
• May perform outbound follow-up calls for existing members and new products.
• Meet sales performance, attendance, and licensing requirements.
