Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to identify customer needs and convert to qualified leads.
• Ask questions, listen, and document information in computer systems.
• Explain product differences and help enroll in suitable coverage.
• May make outbound calls to follow up with members.
• Meet performance and attendance goals and maintain licensure requirements.
