UnitedHealth Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sales Agent in the Sales Development Program. This full-time, onsite role includes training with a structured schedule, base pay plus monthly incentives, and licensure support to obtain required state licenses.

The program accelerates your sales career through mentorship, collaboration with leaders, and a close-knit team environment. Training starts with onsite sessions and shifts during training will be provided.

Qualificações

• Currently in final year of obtaining a Bachelor's degree or recently graduated
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

Responsabilidades

• Mainly handling inbound calling and guiding prospective members toward enrollment
• Answer incoming calls, identify needs, and convert callers to qualified leads and sales
• Ask questions, document information, and explain product differences to help customers select appropriate coverages
• May make outbound calls to follow up with members about questions or new products/services
• Assist enrollment over the phone with complete and accurate information
