Qualifications

• Final year of bachelor's degree or completed within 24 months.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Preferred: prior experience in sales, customer service, health care, or health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to identify customer needs and convert to qualified leads.
• Explain product differences and help select best coverage.
• May perform outbound follow-ups to members.
• Assist enrollment applications over the phone.
• Meet performance, attendance, and consumer experience goals.
• Maintain licensure requirements and annual product certification.
