Combined, a Chubb Benefits Company is seeking an Agency Sales Coordinator (AC) to prospect new customers and meet with current clients to sell Insurance products within a defined geographic area. You will support the sales objectives for the assigned area.

The role involves identifying and appointing new independent agents, supporting presentations, and helping set up the business with them. You will also mentor agents, coordinate field activities, and report operational issues as needed.

Formación

• Life, Accident and Health license required before appointment.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect new customers independently and meet with current customers to sell Insurance products within the assigned geographic area.
• Assist identifications and appointment of new independent agents to support and accompany them to sales calls and set up business with them.
• Execute on field activities to support and coordinate agent efforts and training.
• Mentor and coach established Agents by conducting field training or accompanying them during sales visits.
• Report any operational issues in setting up new pieces of business.
