Responsibilities include field prospecting, building customer relationships, and mentoring agents to develop a solid understanding of the sales process. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.

Formación

• Must prospect new customers and meet sales targets.
• Ability to train independent agents and support sales calls.
• Licensing in Life, Accident and Health required before appointment.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new customers through field prospecting, referrals, leads, and current policyholders.
• Build relationships and respond to customer needs and concerns.
• Meet personal production targets and maintenance of sales standards.
• Support agent field training and accompany agents on sales visits.
• Present Company sales materials and demonstrate the sales process.
