• Field train and accompany independent agents as needed.
• Support agents in planning/appointment setting.
• Mentor and coach agents and report issues in setting up new business.
• Encourage entrepreneurship to build an independent agency.
• Execute the sales system to meet or exceed goals.
• Maintain professional communication and personal brand.
• Obtain Life, Accident and Health license prior to appointment.
