The role supports the delivery of sales objectives and helps identify and appoint new independent agents to backfill and expand the agency network.

The position also involves field training, presenting company materials, and coaching agents to develop a strong understanding of the sales process.

Qualifications

• Must have Life, Accident and Health license prior to appointment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers and meet with current customers to sell Insurance products.
• Identify and appoint new independent agents to support and accompany them to sales calls.
• Field train and accompany independent agents; mentor and coach agents on sales process.
• Execute sales system to meet or exceed assigned sales goals; communicate professionally.
