Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise seeks motivated individuals to enter the supplemental insurance sales field. This entry-level role includes comprehensive training and ongoing support, with emphasis on helping clients and building lasting relationships.

You'll use Salesforce CRM to identify leads, schedule meetings with business owners and HR leaders, deliver presentations, and develop your own client portfolio. A valid driver's license and active insurance license or willingness to obtain are required.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; relevant sales/athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory and neighboring communities.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referral leads, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
