Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support, building connections with business owners and HR leaders while delivering personalized insurance solutions.

You will develop presentation skills, manage client portfolios, and work with the team to meet monthly and quarterly targets, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - course provided, fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree or <4 years with relevant sales background considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and deliver presentations.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and re-service clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio and hit sales targets.
