Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales associate. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support, designed for newcomers and seasoned pros alike, to develop client-relations and presentation skills.

You will build a local book of business through calls, meetings, and in-person visits, while meeting weekly targets and earning commissions, with health/dental/vision benefits after 60 days.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients and expand your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with owners and follow up on referrals.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
