Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise seeks an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional in the United States. You will be trained to build relationships with local business owners and HR leaders, delivering presentations and acquiring new accounts.

You’ll use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, respond to client inquiries, and schedule meetings. The role emphasizes weekly planning, goal setting, and ongoing development with support from a sales team. Training and licensing assistance are provided.

Qualifications

• Active pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build client base by visiting businesses and networking with owners and HR leaders.
• Schedule meetings and present insurance options to clients.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text in a timely manner.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with the team and manager.
• Record daily activities and sales progress in the CRM.
