Alleviation Enterprise is seeking motivated individuals to enter the supplemental insurance sales field. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support for newcomers and seasoned professionals. This entry-level role rewards effort with a structured training program and clear advancement opportunities.

You will develop skills to connect with business owners and HR leaders, deliver presentations, and build a lasting client portfolio while benefiting from rewards and incentives.

Formación

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Build client portfolios and acquire new business.
• Schedule meetings and present insurance solutions.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships with owners.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Record daily activity and weekly performance in system.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and track progress.
