Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to pursue Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses if not held.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Network and connect with prospective clients, follow up on leads, and seek referrals.
• Meet with clients to understand insurance needs and suggest options.
• Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance options.
• Guide clients from initial conversation through policy completion.
• Provide excellent customer service, stay in contact with clients, and conduct policy reviews.
• Pursue agency sales objectives while growing professional skills.
• Stay knowledgeable on Farmers Insurance products, licensing, and industry trends.
• Use CRM software to organize leads, communications, and follow-ups.
