Mark Roberts Agency in Sturgis, MI is recruiting an Agent in Training to launch an insurance career with Farmers Insurance. You will receive training, mentorship, and ongoing support while building relationships with clients and growing sales.

You will learn to assess client needs, present Auto, Home, Life, Business and Specialty coverages, guide clients through policy processes, and use CRM to manage leads and follow-ups.
