Mark Roberts Agency, in partnership with Farmers Insurance, is seeking an Agent in Training to build client relationships and provide tailored insurance options. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are offered to help you grow a successful sales career in a trusted brand.

You will learn to connect with individuals, families, and businesses, educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty coverages, and guide them from initial contact to policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to pursue required licenses.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Network and connect with prospective clients, follow up on leads, and seek referrals
• Meet with clients to assess insurance needs and tailor options
• Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance options
• Guide clients from initial conversation to policy completion
• Provide excellent customer service and conduct policy reviews

Your Role

• Network and connect with prospective clients, follow up on leads, and seek referrals

• Guide clients from initial conversation through the completion of their policies

• Provide excellent customer service, stay in contact with clients, and conduct policy reviews

• Pursue individual and agency sales objectives while advancing your professional skills

• Stay knowledgeable on Farmers Insurance products, licensing, and industry trends

• Use CRM software to organize leads, communications, and follow-ups

What We’re Looking For

• Willingness to pursue Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License if not already held
