Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through agency-provided leads, referrals, outbound calls, and networking.
• Ask questions to understand each customer's situation, priorities, and current insurance coverage.
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions across Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products.
• Provide quotes and guide prospects through the sales process from initial conversation through closing.
• Consistently follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate retention, referrals, and additional sales opportunities.
• Cross-sell coverage to help customers better protect what matters to them.
• Work toward individual and agency production goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales coaching, product education, and professional development.
