Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Current Life Insurance Sales license.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain state licenses and appointments.
• 1+ year(s) of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong sales skills with a history of developing and closing leads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use sales techniques and strong product knowledge to identify customer needs and generate new sales.
• Overcome objections to close the sale and retain the insured.
• Meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan.
• Conduct insurance reviews to identify suitable products.
• Assess risk and quote, bind and issue policies.
• Engage in market-based interactions to solicit new business and build rapport with customers.
