Goosehead Insurance is seeking an Account Executive in Nashville to build a robust book of business. You will prospect, form referral partnerships with real estate and mortgage professionals, and tailor solutions from a large carrier portfolio to meet client needs.

Training covers licensing and sales processes; no prior insurance experience required. This role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and a launch bonus upon start.

Qualifications

• Licensing exam must be passed and state license obtained.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
• Understand client needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide tailored solutions.
