Job summary

Goosehead Insurance is hiring an Account Executive to build a personal book of business by prospecting and forming referral partnerships with real estate and mortgage professionals. You will assess client needs, analyze options from a broad carrier portfolio, and tailor a solution to limit household risk.

The role includes training in Salesforce and sales processes, with no prior experience required. Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and an initial launch
