Job summary

Element Risk is seeking an Advisor to develop and manage a book of business in commercial Property & Casualty. You will analyze client needs, evaluate options, and offer tailored insurance solutions while building strong relationships with carriers and clients.

You will identify prospects, service existing accounts, and promote the agency through proactive risk management and consultative selling.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Possess or pass the requirement to be a licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer.
• Continuing Education/Training as required by applicable statutes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and exposures through fact-finding and analysis of existing coverages.
• Develop a coordinated insurance and risk management plan; calculate and quote rates for immediate coverage.
• Identify prospects and markets; market, service, and promote the Agency’s products and services.
• Service and manage existing customers; analyze needs, answer questions, and identify additional coverage needs.
• Assist renewal processes with strong communication and market knowledge; educate customers on policy features.
