Job summary

Element Risk Management is seeking an Advisor to develop and manage a book of business and service insurance customers with tailored Property & Casualty solutions. You will identify prospects, nurture client relationships, and promote agency offerings, while delivering proactive risk management and market knowledge.

The Advisor role emphasizes thorough fact-finding, accurate risk evaluation, and collaboration with carriers to secure optimal quotations and coverage terms.

Qualifications

• Performs duties independently with minimal supervision and makes decisions within agency constraints and insurance laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance concepts and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and exposures by fact-finding and reviewing current coverages.
• Develop insurance and risk management plans; quote rates and implement coverage.
• Identify prospects, market services, and retain customers through effective service and communication.
• Assist with renewals, educate customers on policy features, and discuss coverage options.
