Job summary

Element Risk is seeking TheAdvisor to develop and manage a book of business in commercial Property & Casualty insurance. You will analyze client needs, evaluate options, and tailor coverage solutions while promoting the agency and nurturing relationships with clients and carriers.

Responsibilities include fact-finding, rate quoting, renewals, and coordinating risk management plans with carriers. Strong communication, negotiation, and market knowledge are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products.
• Experience in serving commercial insurance clients preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and exposures through fact-finding and data review.
• Develop risk management plans and quote rates for coverage.
• Identify prospects and markets; promote agency services.
• Service and manage existing accounts; explain coverage options clearly.
• Assist with renewals, provide market knowledge, and remarket as needed.
• Build knowledge of the marketplace and maintain carrier relationships.
