Job summary

Element Risk is seeking an Advisor in Wyomissing, PA to develop and manage a book of business. You will service insurance customers by analyzing needs, evaluating options, and offering tailored insurance solutions for commercial Property & Casualty.

You will identify prospects, nurture relationships, and promote the agency while working with carriers to place risk and quote coverage. Strong knowledge of P&C is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent is required.
• Must be licensed as a Property & Casualty insurance producer.
• Continuing education as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and exposures; determine coverage gaps.
• Develop insurance and risk management plans; quote rates.
• Identify prospects; market agency's products.
• Service existing clients; renewals; explain policy features.
• Develop knowledge of marketplace; maintain carrier relationships.
• Prepare submissions; negotiate pricing and terms with carriers.
