Qualifications

• Sales-driven with ability to close deals.

• Active insurance license or willingness to obtain.

• Sales experience preferred; insurance experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Start conversations with prospective customers through outreach, referrals, and follow-up.
• Ask questions to understand customers' families, assets, priorities, and existing coverage.
• Identify potential coverage gaps and explain appropriate insurance options.
• Present recommendations clearly and confidently, guiding customers through purchasing decisions.
• Review existing customer policies and identify additional protection needs.
• Meet sales goals while providing a positive, relationship-focused customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and follow through on customer commitments.

As a Risk Advisor, you’ll help customers understand their insurance needs, identify potential gaps in protection, and make informed coverage decisions. This position is with Terrie Greene’s independently owned Allstate agency, not Allstate Insurance Company. Compensation, benefits, and licensing support will be discussed during the interview process.
