Weaver Group Insurance Agency, with locations in Caro & Bay City, Michigan, seeks an experienced Licensed, Full-Time Insurance Representative in our Bay City location with a mix of sales and service. Manage accounts, grow customer base, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

• Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Life & Health Insurance License, preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present customized insurance quotes to meet customers’ individual needs and financial goals.
• Deliver effective sales presentations, explain policy coverage and benefits, and close sales to achieve business objectives.
• Process customer policy changes, premium payments, and walk-in service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities during every customer interaction to increase account retention and overall policy value.
• Educate customers on available insurance products, coverage options, and policy benefits to help them make informed decisions.
• Generate new business through proactive prospecting, referrals, lead follow-up, and relationship building.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.
• Prepare competitive insurance quotes and recommend appropriate coverage options based on customer needs.
