Job summary

Relation Insurance seeks a Client Service Specialist to handle all account management and policy servicing tasks, including processing endorsements, renewals, and cancellations, while maintaining accurate client records and ensuring timely, compliant service to support a superior client experience.

The role requires proficiency with MS Office (Excel emphasis), strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain Property and Casualty license within 90 days.
• AINS and/or CISR preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 1+ year in customer service.
• Knowledge of insurance markets and personal lines.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel emphasis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and accurate account information.
• Process policy endorsements and renewals.
• Follow up on change requests and endorsements for accuracy.
• Verify renewals against proposals in the Agency Management System.
• Enter and rate policies in carrier websites.
• Issue certificates of insurance and auto ID cards.
• Prepare cancellation and release forms; follow up on cancellations.
• Order MVRs and loss runs as directed.
• Assist with mail and act as backup for calls.
• Adopt AI solutions to enhance client service.
• Perform other projects and tasks as assigned.
