Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. in New York seeks a Client Service Specialist for the Small Business Unit to manage account servicing, endorsements, renewals, and policy records.

You will support client satisfaction by processing requests accurately, maintaining compliance, and using our agency management system. This role requires a Property and Casualty license within 90 days, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; may be required depending on location.
• 1+ year experience in Customer Service.
• Knowledge of insurance markets, products, services and underwriting procedures preferred.
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Process policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations and maintain accurate records.
• Enter and rate policies in carrier systems and order new policies as needed.
• Issue certificates of insurance and related forms (EOP, Binders).
• Monitor payment status to prevent cancellations and notify Account Manager of risks.
• Track claims and update the agency management system with activity and closures.
