Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking a Client Service Specialist to manage policy servicing tasks and maintain accurate client records. The role focuses on processing endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and handling client requests with a strong emphasis on compliance and quality.

The position uses an Agency Management System and requires Excel proficiency. The role supports a collaborative, tech-forward environment with a commitment to exceptional client service and ongoing professional

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Property and Casualty License may be required within 90 days of hire.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; location dependent.
1+ year experience in Customer Service.
Knowledge of insurance markets, products, services, underwriting procedures.
Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

Processes policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations and maintains accurate records.
Handles client requests and back-end service tasks to support client experience and compliance.
Orders motor vehicle reports (MVRs) and loss runs as directed.
Enters and rates policies in carrier websites and processes new policies as needed.
Issues certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and other policy forms for holders.
Prepares cancellation releases and follows up on policy changes.
