Job summary

Relation Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Specialist in the United States (Arizona, Yuma) to execute administrative tasks for account management and policy servicing.

The role involves processing endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and maintaining accurate records to support client experience and compliance. You will handle policy changes, renewals, and documentation, using agency management systems.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license may be required within 90 days of hire.
• AINS or CISR designation preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred depending on location.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of insurance markets, products, services and underwriting procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains client files and ensures accurate account information.
• Processes policy change requests.
• Follows up on endorsements and renewals; checks accuracy and processes.
• Enters and rates policies in carrier websites; orders new policies as needed.
• Issues certificates of insurance and auto ID cards.
• Prepares cancellation/lost policy forms and routes to clients.
• Backups for office calls and walk-in traffic as needed.
• Adopts innovative technology, including AI solutions, into service processes.
