Job summary

Relation Insurance is seeking a Client Service Specialist for the Small Business Unit. The role supports account management and policy servicing for small commercial accounts, including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and maintaining records.

You will interact with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance while leveraging AI tools to enhance service quality. The position requires a Property and Casualty license within 90 days, and bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

1+ year experience in Customer Service preferred.
Knowledge of insurance markets, products, services, and underwriting procedures preferred.
Ability to learn new software and adapt to new processes.

Responsibilities

Process renewal policies and endorsements in the Agency Management System.
Handle endorsements and ensure accuracy, billing, and carrier follow-up.
Follow up on new business submissions with carriers not managed by Risk Placement Specialists.
Enter and rate policies on carrier websites and issue certificates of insurance.
Monitor direct-bill payment status to prevent cancellations and notify the Account Manager if at risk.
Track claims and update the system with activity, payments, and closures.
Order MVRs and loss runs as directed.
Review mail and support office calls as needed.
Adopt proprietary AI solutions to improve service delivery.
Perform other projects and tasks as assigned.
